With over two decades of experience coaching thousands of athletes across military special operation, bodybuilding, fitness, and performance-based sports, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people build stronger bodies through discipline, precision, and strategy.
My background includes professional-level physique coaching, military special operations, advanced sports nutrition, injury-aware training, and years of real-world application inside hardcore training environments. I’ve worked with beginners, competitive athletes, and high-performing individuals who demand more than generic programs and guesswork.
In addition to coaching, I bring a medical foundation as a the former owner and operator of Agewise Performance Clinic which specialized in anti-aging and hormone replacement therapies and a former paramedic, which allows me to approach training and nutrition with a deeper understanding of the body, recovery, and performance under stress. This unique combination of field experience, science, and strategy is the backbone of every program I deliver.
